Senior Project Manager/ Phase II, III

Opis stanowiska:

My client is  a Gobal CRO are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for their Phase II & III clinical trials to deliver high quality, timely and profitable projects.

Essential Functions:
To provide overall management of clinical trials or clinical programs. General areas of responsibility include client liaison, project assessment and initiation, resource procurement and planning, project implementation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, milestone planning and tracking, ensuring that projects are progressing according to contract and quality standards, SOPs, ICH and/or other guidelines to fulfill local regulations, production of key project progress reports, management of communication between project team, client, contract and financial management.

Wymagania:

Primary Role of the Senior Project Manager:
Manage domestic or international projects and may oversee a series of small program on a particular compound. May be part of a global project management team. Requires minimal supervision by Line Manager or Project Director.
May mentor Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and CTCs for specific project.
May provide mentorship for PMs outside of the specific project.
Participates in proposal development teams, giving input on the architecture of the project as well as specific operational issues.
May provide direct line responsibility for other Project Managers.
May deputise for LMs or Project Director.
Support employee development of PMs.
