Business Application Manager with German

Opis stanowiska:

Security Master Data department as a part of Private Banking Operations deals with an accuracy of data warehouse and provides best-in-class services for internal clients.

We are currently looking for talented individual to join Securities Master Data in the following role:

Business Application Manager with German
The role of the Business Application Manager is to support the existing Business/Financial Applications, analyze problems and create solutions to prevent existing problems as well as ease the management reporting process. In addition to the high customer support skills required, this person should have technical IT knowledge. The person should be proficient in business processes as well as have a financial background to support the whole organization’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

? Work closely with business teams and IT representatives to collect and prioritize requirements in order to further develop reference data applications
? Managing all, people, partners and technology, effectively to ensure success projects, changes, incidents resolution and other operations
? Conduct business analysis & evaluations of reference data information, presents results and concrete recommendations
? Define and document business requirements
? Ensuring the availability and performance of the application infrastructure in collaboration with the IT Solution Manager
? Responsibility of application accesses and their periodic review
? Assit in reference data platform development
? Responsibility / expertise service for licence management and assurance of costs transparency
? Analysis and assessment of new data and provider

Wymagania:

Qualifications and assets:

? Experience in project tasks, with a strong emphasis on solutions definition, operations and service provisioning based on cross border virtual teams
? Analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation / effort analysis
? Ability to quickly learn new tools and methodology
? Experience in application and user acceptance testing
? Experience in requirements engineering and request management
? Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills, strong formal presentation abilities in order to interact with business partners and senior management
? Experience managing budgets
? Knowledge of banking and financial instruments would be an asset (Reference Data)
? Knowledge of java web applications, relational data bases, HTML and XML would be an asset
? Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Germany and English are a must
? Willingness to travel is required
